Hehehe... Tajuk nth pape jek kn... Sbnr nye nk post psl menu2 hari kelima smpai la hari kesembilan... Huhuhu... Pny la mls nk update kn. Smpai 5 ari. Tp xpe la... Jnji ada gak aku update dr xde kn... :)
Hari kelima:
Breakfast : Mee hoon goreng + air teh
Lunch : Sup ayam + sayur + Air masak
Dinner : Ubi kayu goreng + Coffeemate
Hari keenam:
Breakfast : Roti wholemeal + telur hancur (cili+carrot+bawang)
Lunch : Daging msk briyani (3 ketul) + acar berempah + air masak
Dinner + Mamee kari berapi + air masak
Hari ketujuh:
Breakfast : Biskut oat (2 paket) + milo panas
Lunch : Spaghetti + air masak
Dinner : Mee hoon goreng + air masak
Hari kelapan:
Breakfast : 4 kpg roti wholemeal + marjerin + kaya + air teh
Lunch : Mee hoon goreng + air masak
Snack : Jagung + ice cream
Dinner : Mee hoon goreng (lebey tyme lunch) + air masak
Hari kesembilan:
Breakfast : 5 kpg roti wholemeal + baked beans + air masak
Lunch : Mee sizzling + air masak
Dinner : Ikan goreng (2 ekor) + udang sambal (6 ekor) + air masak
Okey... 4 info tmbahan. Hikhikhik... Masa ari keenam, aku de tmbang berat aku. Skali tgk naik sekilo daaaa... Mmg frust abis la. Pastu pg td (hari kesembilan), tmbang lg even takut nk tmbang... Tgk2 da turun balik... Hehehe... Ni yg lg bersemangat nk diet nih... ;)
