Berenang-Renang Di Chepor

Salam... Cite ni sbnr nye da lama da. Tp sejak akhir2 nih terasa mls yg amat sgt nk update blog. Tatau la knp. Hurm... Last week, ari Ahad (13/12/2009) ktorg g mandi-manda kat Ulu Chepor. Planning nk g sana mmg da buat lama giler. Tp disebabkan kebizian, baru mggu lps dpt pergi. So, ari Sabtu, lps jek blk dr kenduri kawen, aku pon call la org kat sana sbb nk booking pondok. T lau pegi xde pondok ssh gak. Mana nk ltk brg lg, nk duduk lg kn. Aku booking pondok no. 20. Kira ok la pondoknye. Pondok ni pondok baru.Harganya mhl ckit la. RM 4 jek pon.


Sblm g Chepor ni, ktorg da planning bekal apa nk di bawak. So, kat bwh ni la mknan2 yg ktorg da bawak.

I Wanna Stop...

Assalamualaikum... Firstly, thanx pd kak mia n kak ida chubby atas comment utk n3 sblm nih. Sbnr nye xde la sakit teruk pon. Just pening pale jek. Tp x larat nk update blog. Smpat baca blog ckit2 n tgk2 fb. Tu jek. Pastu trus off.

Untuk n3 kali ni, sbnr nye aku nk bgtau yg aku akn stop publish menu yg aku mkn tiap2 hari. Sbb bnda nye xde la byk beza. Lebeh kurang jek. Aku sendiri bosan nk update bnda2 merapu tu, apatah lg korg yg membaca kn... Tu pon lau ade la yg sudi baca.

Tapi, jgn risau, aku akan tepekkan sikit2 gbr mknn or menu baru yg aku cuba. At least ade gak gbr kn. Xde la bosan sgt. Hehehehe...

Breakfast Pagi Td...

Utk entry ni xnk cte pjg2. Just nk tunjuk gbr mknn yg ktorg mkn masa breakfast pg td. Sangat SEDAP.... :D




Nilah dia gbr srpn kami pg td. Cube teka apakah namanye??? Ye... Kuey tiow ladna. Sgt2 sedap. Kat gbr yg 1st tu, tyme aku nk snap pic la Mama nk kacau2 mi nye... Tp xpe la. Xde la cacat sgt pon gbr nye kn... 4 my sis yg kat Mesir tu, 'jgn nk suh aku buat.ko blk msia, buat sndiri.aku bg resipi jek'. Hehehe... Kejam kn... Biarkannnn.... =))

Hari kelima belas :
Breakfast : Mee tom yam + air masak + 2 cupcakes

Ktorg tgk cte tu kat Jusco. Semangat nk g tgk wayang. Pagi2 sblm breakfast da siap msk utk tghari. Arini xmo mkn kat luar. Aku msk sardin, grg tlur dadar sorg sebijik ngn grg sayur. Pastu aku msuk kan dlm tupperware sorg satu. Bwk bekal utk lunch nnt. Smpai kat Jusco dlm kul 11.30 pg. Trus g beli tiket. Disebabkan smlm adelah ari Rabu, so, makanye tiket adalah murah. Sume tiket RM7. Tp tiket Adk RM6. Kanak2 kn... :) Disebabkan ade lebeh kurang sejam sblm cte tu, ktorg jalan2 la dl... Masuk dlm Jusco. Sambil2 cr hadiah utk Abah n Amir.

Pas da pnt jln2 n ade lg lebeh kurang 30 mins b4 da movie start, ktrog duduk2 kat area dkt2 ngn wayang tu. Smpat la snap gbr2 kat bwh ni. Tyme tu masing2 da lapo. Seb baik Mama de bwk coklat. Mkn coklat jek la dl... :)

Ayam Bakar Lada Hitam Bermayonis

Resipi utk ayam bakar lada hitam bermayonis ni aku amik dr cni... Thanx pd owner blog. Even aku buat x nmpk sdp mcm org lain buat, tp kira da ok la utk 1 try. N aku pny ayam xde part2 hitam yg de berkarbon tu sbb aku da buang sume kulit ayam tu... Kata nk sehat kn... :) Bwh ni aku ltk gbr ayam bakar lada hitam tu...





Berat Turun Lagi 600g...

Oke... Ini sbnr nye entry utk 28 hb aritu. Tp disebabkan kemalasan melanda, aku x post kn. Ari Sabtu 28 hb aritu breakfast kat luar ngn famili. Aku mkn roti canai 2 keping ngn teh tarik. Pastu ktorg g beli brg2 dapur kat Tesco. Pas jek abis pilih brg2 yg nk dibeli, ktorg g la kat kaunter. Aku nmpk de penimbang. Aku pon mtk la abh dua pocen sbb nk g tmbang. Da lama x tmbang. Last timbang 25 hb aritu. Masa nk timbang tu segan gak la. Takut org pandang. Pastu bile tmbg, tgk2 berat da turun ckit... Hehehe... Sgt la happy tyme tu. Erm... K la... Nk bgtau tu jek... :P

Fast Update Untuk Hari Ke-11 Hingga Hari Ke-14

Hari kesebelas:
Breakfast : Mee hoon goreng + air teh + lemang (2 potong) + rendang ckit
Lunch : Mee hoon goreng + air masak + rendang + lemang (2 potong)
Dinner : Tak mkn sbb da knyg sgt

Hari kedua belas:
Beakfast : Roti canai (2 keping) + teh tarik
Lunch : Lemang (3 potong) + rendang + air masak + ikan keli goreng
Dinner : Roti Perancis (3 potong) + Coffeemate5 mins
Workout : 15 mins

Hari ketiga belas:
Brunch : Wholemeal (4 keping) + half boil egg (2 biji) + paru goreng + air masak
Dinner : Ayam bakar blackpepper + Coffeemate

Hari keempat belas:
Breakfast : Maggi kari + air masak
Lunch : Keledek goreng + air masak
Dinner : Mee ladna + air masak

One Week Diet Program

ONE WEEK DIET PROGRAME

This program is designed for a target weight loss of 5-6kgs per week. It will also improve your attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. The effectiveness of this 7 day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. This plan can be used as often as you like to without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.

During the first 7 days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

DAY ONE
All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lost of watermelon and cantaloupe.

DAY TWO
All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

DAY THREE
Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet and No potatoes today.

DAY FOUR
Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as 8 bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk. You can also have I bowl of vegetables soup.

DAY FIVE
Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 cup of rice.** You also have to eat 6 whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

DAY SIX
Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your heart’s content.

DAY SEVEN
Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 5 to 8 kgs. lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for 3 days before every repetition.

You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your
digestive system and remove toxic substances that have a accumulated in the system.


ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

The most important element of the program is the 10 tall glasses of water a day. You can also flavor the water with some lemon to make the drink easier. While on the program, take only black coffee and never more than one teaspoon of oil. Preferably do not use oil because the high calorific content. No fruit juices before day seven.

Here is what happens to you body while you are on this program and how and why it works.

Day 1: You are preparing your system for the upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh fruits. Fruits are nature’s perfect food. They provide everything you can possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety.

Day 4: Bananas and milk. You are in for a surprise. You probably will not be able to eat all the bananas allowed. But they are there fore the potassium you have lost and the sodium you may have missed the last three days. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets and you will be surprised at how easy this day will go.

Day 5: Rice and tomatoes. The rice is for the carbohydrates and the tomatoes are for the digestion and the fiber. Lots of water purifies your system. You should notice colorless urine today. Do not feel you have to eat one cup rice, you may eat less. But you must eat six tomatoes.

Day 6: It is similar to five. Vitamins and fiber from the vegetables and carbohydrates from the rice. By now your system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today compared to day one.

More than one cup of coffee with milk is especially forbidden. Milk and oil add empty calories to your diet. Avid coffee lovers can console themselves with black coffee. However, after the first week, it will help your digestion and set your stomach. The key think to remember is that if you are hungry at any time, then you are not following the diet correctly. Almost all people give up the diet when they are hungry because of dieting. The secret of this program is that you should never hungry. If it is a vegetable day, eat so much vegetable so that you are never hungry. If it is a fruits day, eat so much fruits that you are never hungry. You may be bored of eating vegetables all day, but you should not be hungry.

I went thru this program but with little modification. I started my diet on the 7th September after a heavy breakfast. My wife has been nagging me to reduce my weight and later my maid started nagging me too. I was 110 kilo when I started, my waist size was 44 and stomach circumference was 48 inches. Today I am 98kg, waist size dropped to 40 and stomach circumference is 45.

Hari Ke-10 Tanpa Nasi

Wah... Hebat!! Hurm... Apakah yg hebat tu? Ye la, hebat sbb arini da hari ke-10 aku x mkn nasi. Tp.. Tp.. Tp.. Arini de mkn lemang. Yela... Esok kn nk raya dah. Abah msk lemang. So, aku mkn la 5 potong ptg td. Kira dinner skali la kn. Memula ingat xnk mkn lemang tu. Tp xleh thn la. Aku ni sememangnye sgt suke kan lemang. Tp kira ok la aku mkn stkt 5 potong jek. Biasanye mau lebey dr 5. Hehehe... Td masa mkn x smpt amik gbr. So aku cr kat Google jek la.

Breakfast : 4 kpg roti wholemeal + marjerin + kaya + air teh
Lunch : Mee hoon goreng + air masak
Snack : Jagung + ice cream
Dinner : Mee hoon goreng (lebey tyme lunch) + air masak

Hari kesembilan:
Breakfast : 5 kpg roti wholemeal + baked beans + air masak
Lunch : Mee sizzling + air masak
Dinner : Ikan goreng (2 ekor) + udang sambal (6 ekor) + air masak

Okey... 4 info tmbahan. Hikhikhik... Masa ari keenam, aku de tmbang berat aku. Skali tgk naik sekilo daaaa... Mmg frust abis la. Pastu pg td (hari kesembilan), tmbang lg even takut nk tmbang... Tgk2 da turun balik... Hehehe... Ni yg lg bersemangat nk diet nih... ;)

Hari Kedua...

Hari ni merupakan hari kedua dlm proses aku menurunkan berat badan. Hari kedua x sentuh nasi... Heheheh... Xde la hebat sbb b4 dis pnh la smpai 3 4 ari x mkn nasi. Entry ni dibuat dgn 1 tujuan sajork iaitu nk bgtau mknn pe yg tlh memasuki rongga2 tekak ku ini. Hahahaha... Sila lihat gbr2 di bwh beserta penerangannye skali yerk...

Breakfast : Roti canai 2 keping + kari + coffeemate

Lunch : Sup sayur + ayam + air masak sajek

Snack : Kerepek ubi + air msk saje
